Standalone version of APNG Assembler 2.1 is available for download:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/apngasm/

Command line examples:
apngasm.exe output.png frame000.png
apngasm.exe output.png frame*.png

Changes in version 2.1:

- Added support for TGA sequences as input.

- Added support for new command line format:
apngasm.exe output.png frame*.png [1] [10] [/f]

- Windows, Linux and MacOS binaries available.
